It’s midnight and I have to be up in 6 hours for work, but I’m now excitedly working on league stuff. I don’t want to stop what I’m doing because I’m feeling super motivated and getting something cool done.

Tomorrow I’m going to be rebooting myself back into Insanity. I did the Fit Test and Day 36 (Max Interval Circuit) but after that I got super busy for a few days and then crazy sick. Because I really want to continue on with Insanity I am going to start tomorrow. It’s going to be a bit cheaterish because I’m still going to keep my rest day on the same day as I had it before (Tuesdays - which is typically my hardest derby practice). Since I am still sick (as proven by how bad yesterday’s practice killed me), I’m going to re-do Day 34 with Core Cardio & Balance, have Tuesday be a rest day and start Month 2 again!
I’ve read a bunch of Insanity blogs, so I knew not to be disappointed that my results wouldn’t be improved greatly from the second test. Today is actually my day 35 (and a rest day), but because I wake up early to do my Insanity before work I knew I wouldn’t be able to do the Fit Test & Max Interval Circuit on the same day. Yes, I’m a bad Insanity-er, but I have been from the start because I put my “rest day” on the day that I usually have my hardest derby practice. Anyway…RESULTS!

My first fit test is here and I did one today! I’m surprised at how well I did today considering how much I drank last night.

Managed to wake up at 4:30 to do Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs. Pretty good considering I didn’t go to bed until about 1am.
A lot of my jumping jacks had to be one-armed jumping jacks because my shoulder is killing me after last night’s scrimmage. Ow.
